Reid Park Zoo has announced the death of 11-year-old Boris, a polar bear.

A media release from the zoo says that Boris died Friday evening, following a routine medical procedure earlier that day. An initial necropsy did not reveal the cause of his death. However, veterinarians suspect a reaction to the anesthesia....
